Yesterday, I got an exchange of this same laptop and I am facing same issue. Today, I notice same thing in this laptop such as unusual sound noise and tilted hinge on the left side.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had mine for 2 weeks and have noticed no noise issues. Operation is practically silent. That is only my experience, though.
