How much additional ram can you add? null

I bought my Spectre 15" 4k in December in the older style aluminum case mine is upgradable to 32 gigs mine has a 4 core 1.8 to 4 gig processor I think it is a 8505 processor. 2 gigs of video 16 gigs ram. If you buy a new gem cut with a 6 core 2.2 to 4 gig processor it is only 16 gigs not upgradable in the Vega 4 gig video card version. You may still get a gem cut with a 8505 processor but you should ask. The 6 core has an additional fan which replaced the ram slots. Check the processor in Best buy's new gem cut would be a start. HP only sells six core 2.2 to 4 gig processors but I believe it is 30 percent faster than a 3.1 gig 4 core processor.

The computer can handle a maximum 32GB DDR4 RAM, so you can add 16GB.
