• I don't play the games you specifically mentioned, but it plays Sims 3 (I don't have Sims 4) with everything set to highest setting and I see the slightest slow down when everything is going on all at once. That's it. Otherwise, no slow down 99% of the time. I hope that helps.

• Yes, it may not be able to play on the ultra and highest settings available like a gaming desktop but it can certainly handle all of the modern AAA titles on good settings while holding a strong frame rate.
