• A:Answer Not sure if you want the processor count, if you're asking for the core count, or maybe the thread count so I will answer all three ways to be clear. It has 1 physical processor (die package) which is an Intel Core i7-8550U This processor contains 4 physical cores each operating between 1.8-4.0 GHz Each core can handle 2 simultaneous threads totaling 8 logical processors So basically in Windows if you look under processors in Device Manager you'll see 8 listed. If you open Task Manager, click the Performance tab, and switch the view to Logical processors you'll see 8 different graphs showing the individual utilization for each one.

• A:Answer While not as bad as some laptop displays, this one also tends slightly toward the blue side. The color gamut can be manually tweaked using the nVidia console software. If you are intending to use this system for photo processing, rendering, and soft proofing, I suggest that you invest in a monitor calibration system. I have not tried calibrating my son's Spectre x360 laptop display, but it should be capable of >100% of the sRGB color space.

Q: QuestionI had to exchange my spectre yesterday because the whole front panel around the mouse made a creaking sound everything i place my hand on it, but the brightness seems dimmer, anyone has noticed different brightness when exchanging laptops?? Or is it me??

• A:Answer Thank you for reaching out. Have you verified the brightness is up all the way? You could take it to the store and compare the same website on the stores display model. I would imagine there could be some variation in the display but nothing that you would notice that obviously.

• A:Answer Well, you get Microsoft Mail app as default which you can use to access all types of emails accounts. For documents, you get a month free of office 365 but then you'll need to get subscription of some kind. Default PDF reader is Microsoft Edge Browser and it works pretty well I guess.
