• BB-9E is exactly the same as the previous BB-8 models - just with a different head and body wrap. Due to the lack of the head antennae that are on BB-8, I actually think this one will fair better in the long haul - especially with kids.

• BB9E is just like BB8 except for they have a new setup for the head, meaning that it has functioning lights on the head that are perpetuated from the magnetism of the body and head unit. And of course, its a different color scheme.
