Can you put on a breakaway collar for a cat? null

I don't see why not! It fixes to the collar using a pretty sturdy rubber band. I had to stretch the band a fair bit to get it over my dog's thicker collar, but I don't see why this wouldn't fit on a breakaway cat collar.

Yes, we use them on our cats break away collars. It works great and stays put

Use with caution. I was thinking of using this for my dog - and then he immediately got attacked by a wild fox in my fenced yard. Depends on the circumstances. Nice idea, but may need some more testing....
