• I have the 13 pro max and my wife has the 12 pro max. It fits in both. To me it didn’t seem like the buttons matched up exactly, but my wife couldn’t tell the difference.

• Pretty sure both, it fits for my iPhone 13 pro max but it should fit in the 12 too
