• This phone comes both hardware and SIM locked. You can use Motorola's unlock tool on their website for the hardware unlock, but the SIM unlock has to go through the carrier and usually requires you to have their service for a certain length of time.

• It comes setup far Boost. But mine also came with an unlock ap on it, so I assume it can be unlocked easily.

• Yes, it is unlocked to International Sim card.
