- Answer No. The oscillation is controlled by a mechanical push - pull "pin" at the top of the motor housing.

- Answer There is some assembly, it's very easy to put together. There is five settings each one adds a hour to the timer.

QuestionWhen this fan oscillates and goes to the right and to the left can you tilt the head of the fan down or up while it oscillates at the same time? I sleep on the floor when visiting and want the air to hit me.

- Answer You can tilt the fan down and it will oscillate at that position. It would have to stand a few feet away to hit the right area and span a body length, but it’s a great, quiet fan and would work.
