• I would recommend having a service tech out to take a look at it. If you have had it less than a year, it should be serviceable through the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty. If you have a Geek Squad Protection Plan, or if you would be ok with a COD repair, contact Geek Squad at 1-800-433-5778 to set up a service date.

• Just had this exact issue. Looks like I hadn't closed it properly. Reclosed it firmly and it began working right away!
