• Yes, Anonymous was right. I tugged pretty hard and the door didn't come open, so I disconnected the latch and let the screw fall down. Then I tugged on it and it came open. Then I put the latch back on. Now I know how to open it. It was pretty stupid, but I learned that you must tug HARD the first time.

• No visible latch...have to pull really hard and it will open.
