- Answer No, you need to buy the kit separately and they sell them at Best buy. Upon arrival, utensil basket handle broken inside + stainless steel door had small dents. Also, check the tracks on the dish racks. Best Buy Quality Control Not Impressive. Nor Instruction Manual Detailed.

- Answer It comes with drainage tubing that is ready to be hooked up to your pipes! You will have to buy a power cable and a water supply hose kit though.

- Answer I would recommend having a service tech out to take a look at it. If you have had it less than a year, it should be serviceable through the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty. If you have a Geek Squad Protection Plan, or if you would be ok with a COD repair, contact Geek Squad at 1-800-433-5778 to set up a service date.

- Answer SPT is Sunpentown International Inc. Per Wikipedia, it's a Taiwanese company with its headquarters in Southern California. Not sure where the actual manufacturing takes place. But you can always Google SPT and call and ask them...

QuestionMy dish washer will not start..time shows up at 145 minutes and beets often .. last time I used it it beet saying the dishes were done washing but it was full of water. I was able to start it again to empty water .now it won,t do anything
