“I'm 85years old don't feel like I'm getting dishes clean so just need somthing to wash a few dishes does this clean as good a regular dishwashers I have a regular setting in garage havnt used in years also is this something a older person can use”

It does a great job! I really like it. It is perfect for me because I live alone and I only use a few dishes at a time.
