“Pre-set Temps? Can we choose or set how hot the water gets (ex. 195, 208, or 212 degrees), or does it only go to the boil (212)? Thanks”

• not on this kettle. on other kettles those features sometimes backfire as the temperature gauge gets plugged with hardness deposits and does not reheat the water correctly.

• When initially heating, the water goes to a boil (212F/100C), then slowly drops to the holding temp settings (208/180/140F). The water can be reboiled at any time using a Reboil button.
