• Two ways: -The chip reader includes a micro-usb cable, with a USB-A end, that you need to plug into a power block then to a wall outlet, or into a USB outlet (like on your computer) to charge the device. or -If you buy the base, a hardwired USB-A cable is included, attached to the base. Aain, you would need a power block, or plug the cable into a USB outlet.
