If the app works on your phone, the magstripe swiper will work IF you have a way to connect the dongle round plug into your phone.

Square will run on most Android devices with the following features: Android v5 or higher 3.5 mm headset jack (which includes a microphone input) GPS If you are able to download the app on your phone, that's a good sign it will work.
