• My washer and dryer are about 6.5 ft high. So, should work but you will have only about 6" clearance.

• Your house only has seven foot ceilings? No. No it won't fit. Each thing is like 4 foot tall, so put 'em together even without some spacing, and you've got over 7 feet. I suggest not living on that floor from the movie Being John Malkovich. It seems like a bad place to live.
