“I have a 99 Chevy Cavelier and want to get rear deck and door speakers installed. I am seeing mixed messages on here. I see where some people are being charged two installs and some just one. Which is it? Would be getting speakers at BB also.”

Hi there. Thanks for your question! Generally a speaker install of any kind is sold in a pair. So currently a set of two door speakers would be one charge.
