Most speakers do not come with wires because the wiring can be different from vehicle to vehicle. IF your existing wiring can work with your new speakers, then it is a simple replacement of speakers. Usually that is not the case, ... I had to buy a 'wiring kit' specifically for my vehicle .. undr $40.
