QuestionIs this 2-sided tape? Is there adhesive on both sides? That is, can I use it to adhere paper to paper (rather than just repair a tear in a piece of paper or to wrap presents).

- Answer Yes, it would be considered double sided. You would be able to adhere a photo or piece of paper to another piece of paper.
