If you buy the digital version at the store they can create the activation code. You need to call the support number and they will refund you the money.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same. BB told me it was a known issue (after an online chat agent, and two phone agents) and refunded me with a recommendation to buy it online or buy a physical copy. The cards are broken.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check to be certain that the code wasnt put into your "junk" box. Thats where mine was initially sent. Once i found it, i listed it as not mail then added bestbuy to "trusted sites" and every other digital purchase after it has gone through without an issue. If not there then request another code as they can clearly see the code wasnt used. Lastly, check to be sure it was sent to the correct email. Good luck and enjoy the game as its pretty good
