Hasbro pause gives an allotment to Best Buy on how many figures they can take for pre-orders and then they give them an allotment to put them in their stores. It’s really not a Best Buy issue as it is a Hasbro Pulse issue. I would contact Hasbro Pulse. I have in the past and they’ve had great customer service. But again this is an a Best Buy deal this is how Hasbro pause does with pre-orders. So another words Best Buy knows exactly how many they can sell for pre-orders and exactly how many are going to each store depending on the volume of sales at the store does will determine how many they get.
