I had to return mine since it stopped working correctly. The green button to change the blade color and special effects just didn't work at all, it worked fine at first and then it just stopped (I did not battle with it or hit it against something or nothing, these are not meant for that. I turn it off and then turn it back on, try to change blade color and nothing happened, try to use the green button for the effects and nothing happened either). I had exactly a month per my receipt (electronic one on my account) to return it. I bought another one and returned the faulty one before the 30 days... btw, it stopped working the same day I got it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had purchased 2, the first one I got was perfect. The second one I purchased a month later was faulty. So I highly recommend taking them out and playing with them for a few minutes and testing all the features. Use the buttons gently and do not hit anything as these are for adult cosplay only and not real combat (shocked this needs to be said for some lol). For the second one that was faulty, after about 10 minutes of playing with it, it stopped changing from purple to red. I called and they allowed me to exchange it since it was within the return period.
