• When it is shipped to you is when you will see it charged. Not while still on pre-order status.

• You are not charged for pre-orders until the item ships, and Best Buy is good about letting you know in advance that the item will be shipping when it does.

• If you use Pay Pal they deduct the funds the next day if you use a debit card you are charged when the item ships.
