An online order, you will get whatever they pull for you, if you want specific figures, best to look in person,or run the risk of getting 1 you don't want or need.

This remains a sticking point for me as a collector as I often want to order figures of specific characters. Sometimes you get lucky ordering from Best Buy, but it's really a roll of the dice.
