You can use this anywhere worldwide. I've used it in London, Canada, and The Bahamas.

I haven’t traveled outside the USA in years however, given that there are Starbucks in almost most places to travel I would assume yes. However, using the App maybe a different story. You may need to turn on your location and with that maybe the currency with adjust to the currency, just don’t quote me on that. I would email Starbucks corporate regarding that. Good luck.
