Pre-orders went live on announcement day which was Sunday June 11th. After so many hours, the listing switched to "Coming Soon" however as of June 12th at 11:50am pacific time both the XBOX version and PC version of the Constellation Edition show available again for pre-order. They are very limited and will sell out so get your pre-order in sooner rather than later if you can.

The pre-orders "sold out" later in the day however they were also available on Monday for a limited time. I believe you will see this happen over the next few days, possibly longer whereas Best Buy is alloted more to offer up for pre-order, this always happens with Betheda special limited collector's editions in the past. Eventually though, it will be completely sold out, but with it appearing off and on since Sunday I would highly recommend you add the version you want to your "saved items" and then check that often, such as late morning, early afternoon, and even late at night before bed, basically check often and hopefully you can get a copy. Also the Bethesda Shop did the same thing, offered them up on Sunday but then sold out only to offer more on Monday, etc.
