The Bethesda collector's edtions they offer are always very limited in nature and the demand outweighs the supply. It is hard to say if Best Buy can secure more to offer to customers, they could either be releasing them in "waves" to thier customers or they have already ran out of thier allocation through previous pre-orders. There is a chance they also are working with Bethesda to get more available, its all completely random as to when more, again IF anymore are available, to BB customers.
