Yes, it can be used in Jamaica although there will probably be a $300 USD out of region fee. There is one area in Jamaica, near Kingston, where they are full to capacity, and you will have to go on a wait list until they can handle more subscribers. Check the map at Starlink.com/map for the location. You can go to Starlink.com and enter the address where it will be used and you will see what plans are available at that location. The Starlink Standard dish can accept 235 connections and the Starlink Mini can accept 128 connections.
