“Will this work with a Samsung mSATA drive? And if it does will it respond to a trim command from windows 10, I previously an enclosure like this for this drive but I found out that it does not support the trim command. Trim command did not work.”

SMS1BMU313 will work with standard mSATA (52 pin, Mini SATA) drives. The SMS1BMU313 supports TRIM with Windows 10. Atha, StarTech.com Support
