Can you use this to update the firmware on the SSD? null

Please confirm with the SSD manufacturer, as not all firmware updates are performed the same. If the manufacturer confirms that an update can be performed over USB, we would expect that the SMS1BMU313 would allow you to do so. Brandon, StarTech.com Support
