• You can play as any character you let into your camp. The choice is only to start you out with two characters. You can always get rid of those characters later and choose to be someone else you find in the world. Everyone has his or own traits and personalities so there are a ton of options for characters. I have each of the characters you are looking for in my camp and I play with each of them regularly.

• More characters become available as you play. You will have to rest a character and choose another anyway

• You can choose to control any of the survivors you encounter and bring in into your group. There is no character creation, and players control many avatars during a playthrough. You’re going to be everybody.
