• We only got the digital version but it came with the case which was delivered separately.

• I don’t believe so because there is no offer for a free steelbook with the digital purchase. Plus you wouldn’t have a disc to go in the case anyway. You can always buy the steelbook separate if you just want it, but they will charge you 20 bucks for it.
