If you preorder here on the site and set it for pickup, your steelbook will be picked at random by an inventory associate as they're scanning the games. However, if you're nice to your pickup associate there's a good chance they'd be willing to give you the one you want. Its usually all about how you ask.

I preordered with Best Buy for the case and now I’m not getting it with the game? Kinda strange but I guess they are having issues keeping them in stock. Again idk if this is for all Best Buy’s or just my local one.
