“Why is the steelbook case not available when I pick up the game? Why is it only allowed to be shipped to my home address?”

I called Best Buy asking this. They said you should be able to pick it up once you pre-order the game, while supplies last

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is just the way that the Steelbook is being distributed. Who knows, it might have something to do with how COVID-19 is effecting supply lines. Regardless, have no fear - you will get your Steelbook eventually! I got mine about 3 days after receiving the actual game.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think the steel books are being made by a different source than the games, so they are shipping from a different location. It may be that with everything going on with COVID that it's a requirement from the manufacturer of the steel books.
