Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was able to exchange mine since the one I got in the mail arrived damaged. They were out of the version I had received at my local store, so they gave me a different one out of necessity. So technically it is possible.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I went to a different store and they were able to exchange mine. It was a bit of a hassle and you'll need to get the right employee that can do it. They had to return my whole order and then order again. If they say it's not possible, just know that it can be done. Good luck!

The process is totally random, it’s a free item provided by bestbuy as a bonus for you preordering the game. They give it at random. And no, you can not exchange it for a different one.
