• Use one of those Dust Buster can, just don't flip the bottle when doing this liquid will destroy the mouse. Gently spray it thru the holes.

• The simple answer would just be to use a small amount of super glue to re-adhere the skates onto the mouse. Or you could just wait and see if hyperglide makes new skates so you can just replace them when you clean it.
