No you can not program the keys to be tactile but they are linear switches

Both. If you know your tactile response and linear response you can program most keys to have its own actuator response time. The directional keys and keypad cannot be programed with two different actuator profiles and have to be on one main profile. This keyboard also doesn't 'clicky' as there is no physical parts for the actuator to respond to it.
