I had the same issue i bought the wrong version, which I got the cyberpunk ps4 edition arctis 1 instead of the xbox one version which they sold out. But but the usb c dongle that it came with only works with ps4,Nintendo Switch, and pc. But I read that these headsets work with any usb c dongle so I bought the xbox one usb c dongle and it works flawless. The only down side is that the xbox dongle is pretty hard to find I got lucky finding one on ebay.
