The comfort,the sound,the fit,the look. It couldn’t be any better man. I can hear my opponents breath while they’re running almost 50 yards out. I can go grab a beer and get no drop in sound. And the ear cushions on this headset are unbelievably soft and yet still hold the sound. No spicy leather ears! I feel like the amount of volume is just perfect,the mic is great and the on headset controls are simplistic. Setup was a breeze. They have but one teeny tiny flaw. The clamp force is a bit much fresh out the box,but I don’t think this will last. I think they just need to be flexed and broke in a bit. Other than that I could not be happier,and the next day shipping for only $10? Best Buy is doing things right y’all.

Really enjoying this headset, I own a lot of SS products so I was expecting this “lower end” headset to not be good but boy was I surprised. Great value for the price! Headset doesn’t ever drop connection it’s nice and comfy especially if you get “wicked cushions” from Amazon which do fit these and all SS headsets! Adds a bit of premium when you put a leather style cushion! I bought this to be my “travel headset” and it’s light weight enough to fill that role!

Countless hrs of listening and man these are just spectacular all around . The lvl of detailed sounds is mind blowing. Literally sometimes hv to take off the headset to mk sure it’s in the movie lmaooo

I purchased these for 1 reason, they claimed it was USB C charging, This is not true. It does have a "Wireless Dongle" that is USB C, but that is not the same. Waste

I purchased this headset specifically because it has the unique ability to work wirelessly with Xbox, PC, Playstation consoles, and even the Switch! Something they do with this headset that I have never seen done by others yet, and its something so incredibly simple, is just a little toggly switch on the USB-C dongle. One side for Playstation consoles, and the other for everything else. Its so simple its mindblowing that other companies haven't done it also! As for the sound, they sound great. Not overly Bass-y, mids and highs sound good and clear and distinguishable from themselves. The wireless range seems pretty standard, about 50ft or so. Comfort levels are good. I have a large head and these fit no problem and have never felt uncomfortable on me yet. The detachable mic is good quality ; definitely more clear than my previous Sony Gold Headset. Battery life is around 10 hours on a full charge, which is more than enough. Definitely happy with my purchase!

The long story short: If you like to hear your voice LOUD and CLEAR over mic monitoring, then this is NOT the headset for you! The steel band build quality, crisp sound quality, comfortable ear cushions and versatility of the included USB adapted (these headphones are compatible with just about anything you can plug a USB dongle into--Xbox One, Series X, PS4, PS5, Switch, etc.) are all fantastic! I also LOVE the fact that you can move the microphone very close to your mouth. However the big downfall and reason I instantly returned these is because the mic monitoring is very, very low compared to that of my outgoing Turtle Beach Ear Force X42's. Even when I adjusted the monitoring level to its highest possible setting via the Steel Series audio hub application on my PC, the monitoring level was so low that I could barely hear my own voice. This is a major issue for someone who lives with family, plays Xbox games late at night and needs to be aware of his own volume so as to not disturb family members. In other words, the noise isolation is SO GOOD that I just couldn't hear my own voice. Hence, my four-star rating, haha. I ended up exchanging for the Turtle Beach Steal 600 Gen 2's and do not regret my decision (even though the trade off for better mic monitoring meant less cross-compatibility between devices).

For the price it is very comfortable, lightweight, and has excellent sound quality. Long battery life and the range for it is quite impressive. Highly recommend for more budget focused gamers

I purchased 2 USB extenders, ran them from my Xbox & PS4 to the shelf my headset stand is on. That way I can easily switch the dongle then simply flip the switch to PC & it will work on the PS4 with all functions. (Just make sure you purchase the Xbox version. The PS4/PC version does not work on Xbox) The mic is very sensitive. It would pick up breathing, chewing & my ceiling fan. Easy fix, I just put a windscreen over the mic Pros: - Work on Xbox1, PS4, PC, Mac, Switch - Sound great - Great battery life - Ability to adjust EQ setting via software on PC or Mac Cons - I have a little peanut head and I felt the clamping force was a bit tight - No individual game volume & chat volume controls. - No bluetooth *If these had individual game/chat volume control & bluetooth these would hands down be the best wireless headsets for consoles

Amazing headphone! I sound is clear and chat can hear me well. The battery life is very impressive. I charge it maybe once a week!

I actually was a bit meh about picking these up but I am glad I did. I wanted a wireless solution for my Xbox X and my new Xbox Series X. Done deal. Things I love: Sound great Great battery life comfortable not too expensive Things I do not like: Would have like another color I guess? the dongle that has to plug into the Xbox USB is a little too long (still not a big issue) Overall these are exactly what I was looking for and they work perfect for what I wanted. 5 out 5

Bought the Arctis 1 to replace a Arctis 9x that I wasn't happy with. The ski band headstrap just never felt right on my smaller head. The Arctis 1 has a more traditional headband and fits perfectly. I never have to worry about it falling off. It uses the same speakers as the 9x so it sounds identical to me. The microphone also comes across crystal clear. It's also extremely versatile as it will work wirelessly on everything except a Apple product that doesn't have a usb port. Very pleased with it considering it's price point.

Works flawlessly with Xbox series x (in the Xbox mode) and any usb c devices (iPad Air 4 gen, MacBook, switch). Sound is good enough for the price, but most importantly it’s comfortable to wear all day. Literally. Had a day with 6 hours straight of zoom calls using this and my head/ears didn’t get fatigued at all

I’ve had the Arctis 1 Wireless for Xbox for about a week now and I’ve been using it constantly with both my Xbox One X and my Nintendo Switch. This headset is so good, so comfy and sounds incredible on both systems. The game sound is much fuller and deeper than I expected and this headset can get loud. I feel like I can hear absolutely everything when playing Apex Legends or CoD on my Xbox and I’m able to drown everybody out when I playing games on my Switch. It’s so convenient being able to take the dongle from one to the other and the headset just works. I highly recommend it!

Great sound with even better battery life. I was originally just going to get the Microsoft wireless headphones that just came out but couldn't find them in any stores. So I tried all the headset's in the store and found these to be the most comfortable with glasses. I highly recommend these as they are comfortable for long gaming sessions and work on multiple devices.

Super easy to set up and works great. Have only had connectivity issues once in a month’s use, and all it required was disconnecting the and reconnecting. Sound quality is great and you can use the steel series eq engine with these to tweak the sound. They get plenty loud enough too, I never put these at max volume because they are so loud at that volume. Mic has been really reliable and have had no complaints from other people about not being able to hear me clearly. Battery is also very good, these have never died on me but I make sure to charge every couple days. My only complaint is that I wish there was a halfway indicator for the volume controls on the headphones but that’s not really a big deal. Build quality is sturdy, the only area which may become an issue after a while is the padding that rests on the top of your head. It’s by no means flimsy but it is foam and not easily replaceable like the ear cups so that will probably be the first part to give after some time. I expect these to last a long time before that becomes an issue though. I’m happy with the purchase and recommend these to anyone willing to spend $99 on a good headset.

This was a great purchase. I knew I was making a good choice when I noticed how many of these headphones were missing from the section they were placed in at BestBuy. Excellent quality of sound, long battery life and perfectly priced. All the overpriced, ultra-marketed competitor don't come close.

Durable enough and quality sound for the price point.

So far steelseries and these wireless headphones are the best headset I had to date and I tried alot of great brand headsets and nothing beats steelseries. Lightweight, comfortable for long hours, sounds is acceptable, mic/party chat is good. The wireless is the best part. Can use with multiple systems. Recommend

Picked this up for my Xbox series X and was very impressed by the quality. For its price point and it gives you both options for wireless or wired is another great feature! Very lightweight, ergonomics are great, and build quality seems very strong. Overall very happy with this pick up!
