- Answer Make sure the power/ on/off button it pushed in on the head set. You may have to go into the settings on the Playstation and adjust the volume and mike output

- Answer The console one comes with less wires and works on all platforms just like the one that says for all platforms and is the same price as the other. If anyone wants to get it, I recommend getting the one that says for all platforms with the orange and white schemed box so you don't get less wires. - Answer No it does not have a detachable mic but it does have a head jack input, which i don’t understand why but i believe it for if you are are using a microphone like the blue yeti you can connect an aux from the blue yeti to your headset

- Answer The exact same thing happend to my sons SteelSeries - Arctis 3. He had them for a little over a year and a half before the Mic quit.. If using on a PC check online, there are fixes that just require reloading the driver. My son uses his for xbox so no luck...
