“The microphone stopped working. I can still hear sounds via headset, but microphone can't detect any sounds even with me tapping on the mic. Any help is appreciated.”

• The exact same thing happend to my sons SteelSeries - Arctis 3. He had them for a little over a year and a half before the Mic quit.. If using on a PC check online, there are fixes that just require reloading the driver. My son uses his for xbox so no luck...
