• Yes, it comes with 2 cables. 1 connecting directly to the headset, 2nd cable is to help split the audio/mic if your PC has those separate ports. If your PC has those separate ports, you will need to utilize both cables.

• It in fact does, in my review i do mention this, but it does not have a USB connector so you need a single 3.5mm jack with Audio and Mic capabilities or if you put the extension cable on, you get an additional 6 feet of cord and it splits the inputs to a 3.5mm audio and 3.5mm microphone input.

• Yes this comes with both the headphone cable (to transmit and receive audio), and another split cable adapter for mic and audio.
