- Answer If your PC/laptop has a single mic/audio port, you just need the one cable that connects from the headset. If your PC has separate Mic and Audio ports, you need to use BOTH cables that come in the package. 1 to connect to the headset, then the split adapter (green is for audio, pink is for the mic).
