Yes, it comes with 2 cables. 1 connecting directly to the headset, 2nd cable is to help split the audio/mic if your PC has those separate ports. If your PC has those separate ports, you will need to utilize both cables.

Please try again later.It in fact does, in my review i do mention this, but it does not have a USB connector so you need a single 3.5mm jack with Audio and Mic capabilities or if you put the extension cable on, you get an additional 6 feet of cord and it splits the inputs to a 3.5mm audio and 3.5mm microphone input.
