“Does it use a charger and if so, does it come with charger cord?”

• No charger required. They are not amplified like some wired headsets. *cough*recon 700 *cough*. This was a major selling point for me when I returned a previous pair that needed to be charged even though they were wired.

• It's a wired headset and has no batteries. Nothing to charge. It's not Bluetooth.
