• If your PC/laptop has a single mic/audio port, you just need the one cable that connects from the headset. If your PC has separate Mic and Audio ports, you need to use BOTH cables that come in the package. 1 to connect to the headset, then the split adapter (green is for audio, pink is for the mic).

• Hello, The following Youtube Link gives instructions on how to setup your Arctis Headset with a PC. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-V858_0eDW4 Make sure you didn't buy the console edition of the headset, because there is a wire that comes with the PC compatible version that is required. If you bought the console edition, I would suggest returning it.
