Will my freinds be able to hear my controller null

No the shouldn't hear your controller unless you are going insane with it and smashing it off your desk.

These headset are made to cancel out any other sounds. Sometimes even your own voice will be hard to hear. I find myself moving the mic closer to my mouth quite often.
