• No. They can only connect to phones via wire. Since this is a gaming headset a traditional bluetooth connection cannot transmit both high quality 7.1 surround audio and high quality microphone signal, so it has a USB dongle that acts as a wireless receiver.

• No, this is a 2.4 GHZ Wireless Headset. Not Bluetooth. You can plug a cable into smart phone if it has a 3.5 Adapter.
