• From the time you open it no but if you connect the headsets with a pc you always can adjust the side tone and can hear yourself if you want it

• You can download the software they have for it at their website - plug in your dongle usb and headphones on and do the configuration to add your voice volume into the mix. I did it on a mac (can do on window) and now use it for the PS5 gaming.

• depends. If you are using with a PC there is a setting you have passthrough Talk. For console there is no option. also since this has fabric Ear cups Isolation is not as good as some of the Bose headset.
